**PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
Service Engineering
Be an active member of the team to develop new and continued improvements of exist service releases including but not limited to:
- Working with Managed LAN Service Owner on the evaluation of new technologies, growth, development, of LAN Services (primarily including but not limited to Managed LAN, Managed DHCP, and IPAM services) that align with service roadmaps
- Working in a cross functional team to develop LAN Services requirements, standards, and deliverables
- Working in a cross functional team to ensure LAN Services are designed to ensure a high level of quality and consistency using existing and new technologies
- Work with the Service Delivery & Operations group to train, support, and educate so they delivery services with a high level of quality, reliability, and consistency across the enterprise
