Job Description:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

2. Customer Experience:
- Foster a welcoming and customer-centric environment.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of products and services to exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and overall financial success.
- Monitor inventory levels and control expenses to optimize financial performance.

4. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated cafe team.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Conduct regular... performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Stay informed about local food safety regulations and implement necessary changes.

6. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Utilize social media and other marketing channels to enhance the cafe's visibility and attract new customers.

- At least 4 or 5 years experiences from F&B industry
- Proven experience as a Cafe Operation Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of cafe and food industry trends.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
