Job Details

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee relations, leave of absence, leading cross-functional teams, performance management, and be a strategic thinker. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for new hire orientation, professional development, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with managers to identify and address HR-related issues.
• Oversee the leave of absence process, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
• Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employee development and growth.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Manage professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment law, leave of absence, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with managers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR-related programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
