Executive Secretary
• Preparing Official letters,
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes, order suppliers, and maintain office inventory
• Coordinate with the vendors and guest
• Conduct any research the executive needs
• Creating memos, reports, and agendas as needed
• Making travel arrangements for in-office professionals and special visitors
• Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel, and personal commitments
• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews content, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent... organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
