Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures consistent withoverall Institute administrative policy.2. Accomplish results by defining and communicating administrative staff duties; jobexpectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching andcounseling classified staff and providing continuous feedback monitor performanceand provide continuous feedback.3. Successfully manage personnel operations; including oversight of personnelactions such as academic/research faculty hiring, faculty promotion and tenure,staff hiring/evaluations/development/training (coordination of all staff performance/expectations), workflow management, leave reporting andrecords maintenance.4. Support the Dean in strategic planning and development efforts and preparationof reports.5... Supervise administrative staff and coordinate direct support to unit management.6. Coordinate and supervise arrangements for conferences, seminars, meetings andother special events within the college.7. Work closely with the Financial Manager in coordinating funding/budgetary issues as it relates to new hires and payments.9. Assist Dean in implementing and disseminating related policies and procedures.10. Manage college facilities, including safety & security, support services, maintenance, and space management.11. Serve on committees as directed by the Dean.12. Coordinate Institute-wide activities such as Ethics Training and Conflict of Interest reporting.13. Perform other related duties as assigned. General Responsibilities.Adheres to the policy of "data privacy" Provides healthy and comfortable working environment Adheres to the general safety rules and regulations. Undertakes other duties as may be reasonably directed by HR ManagerRequirements Education : Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable University.
