Responsibilities:
• Implementation, integration and operation of Neema’s Information Security tools such as Firewall, WAF, EDR, DLP, SIEM, IDS, CSPM, SASE, SSO, Access Control, Code Security and Vulnerability Scanners.
• Track, investigate and resolve all... issues related to security alerts and identified vulnerabilities.
• Administration of Windows and Mac workstations, as well as mobile devices.
• Administration of Google Workspace and Office 365 systems.
• Administration of SaaS services such as Slack, Monday, Atlassian.
• Assistance with compliance and certification processes (GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with IT guidelines.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in HelpDesk or IT Support roles.
• Basic certification in Cyber Security.
• Army service as a Network Administrator or cyber defender - Advantage.
• Possess hands-on experience across various IT domains, including Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and OS support, encompassing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Practical expertise in Google Workspace and Office 365 services administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hardware components (Desktops, Laptops).
• Practical experience with AD, JumpCloud or JAMF Pro - Advantage.
• Service-oriented with strong customer-facing verbal communication skills.
• A desire to learn and grow alongside the team as our needs and mission evolve is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
