Project Description: Client is migrating from legacy systems to SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of business and technology transformation. Client is currently undertaking a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premise Oracle E-Business Financials, and Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management System to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of business and technology transformation. The Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion Cloud will leverage technical experience to help Client achieve value through defining and implementing Cloud migration strategies leveraging Oracle technologies for large sized organizations. They will help to develop and enhance methodologies that leverage leading practices to build secure, highly available, and performant solutions to deliver the Cloud Strategy and Migration vision. The Solution Architect leads technical solutioning discussions as part of Client ERP Transformation Requirements Analysis and Solution Design phase of the program utilizing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud platform and collaboratively works with the System Integrator team for validating the solution design and implementation of final ERP Cloud solution. This position resides in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) of the Information and Technology Services (ITS) / ERP Modernization Program.

Responsibilities:
• Assisted in architecting Oracle ERP Cloud-based SaaS solutions to enable cloud solutions with consideration for performance and high availability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, ERP Cloud Vendors, and third-party solution providers, as well as system integrators to define and design Client ERP Cloud technology footprint as part of the implementation roadmap.
• Define standard operating procedures for allowing Oracle and non-Oracle technologies to integrate seamlessly.
• Lead technical Solution Design workshops and built technical strategies for conversions, integrations, reports, and extensions leveraging the Oracle SaaS platform for a large and complex Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Advise on technical solutions, architecture designs, strategy, and implementation best practices.
• Provide technical design and solution architecture inputs to plan the deliverable timelines and resources for the project scope, timeline, and execution.
• Built technical designs and supported complex Oracle ERP SaaS solutions to address business requirements.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices and incorporate them as and when necessary.
• Ensure that the application architecture is consistent with architectural standards, working closely with the enterprise architecture and operations team to facilitate approval from the Client Architecture Review Board.
• Assist management with writing statements of work proposals, preparing project estimates, identifying technology stack and hardware requirements, and preparing IT BOM for provisioning production and non-production environment resources.
• Develop architectural artifacts (blueprints, roadmaps, strategies, white papers, presentations, etc.) for the Client ERP Transformation Program.
• Proactively contribute, offer recommendations, and identify risks and solutions associated with proposed or existing software application strategies.
• The Solution Architect is versatile enough to understand several different applications and to be a Subject Matter Expert in relation to one or several applications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated knowledge required to leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design and implement cloud and on-premises application integrations.
• Experience planning ERP Cloud instance strategy for SaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Expertise across the Oracle Fusion Tech stack including but not limited to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, VBCS, Java, Oracle Database, XML/BI Publisher, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI, etc.
• Experience across all RICE design/ development on Oracle ERP Cloud tech stack.
• The candidate should have a broad business background, good interpersonal communications skills, and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS with a minimum of 2+ full lifecycle.
• Oracle Cloud Financials, Human Capital Management, and Procurement implementation experience.
• Full life-cycle project development, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, ability to do requirement analysis, and deliver functional design documents of the mentioned modules.
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and to design solution concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates experience in multiple business processes, ability to architect and design technology solutions, and manage cross-functional teams, projects, and vendor management.
• Ability to Lead and design Cloud ERP Project solutions, manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion and financial applications, support, and operations, including planning, designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting and maintaining various functions.

Type of Experience and Number of Years:
• At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience as an ERP Solution Architect.
• At least five (5) years of experience architecting and designing complex IT solutions on Oracle ERP Cloud Tech stack.
• One recent end-to-end full life cycle experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect implementing Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement Cloud Services.
• Experience leading Technical Solution Design workshops and building technical strategies for conversions, integrations, reports, and extensions leveraging the Oracle SaaS platform for large and complex Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Experience implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion technology solutions across multiple end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Experience building RICE for Fusion Financials and HCM modules.
• Experience with modern development and testing techniques such as continuous delivery and continuous integration.
• Experience in Education (K-12) ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation, preferred.
