• Keep the big picture in mind. Ensure client goals for projects are accomplished and expectations are exceeded throughout the project.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance throughout the process as necessary.
• Throughout the project ensure that the JLG process is followed for the betterment of the project and that each phase is properly closed out. While the PA/PM is the main client contact, remain connected with client as the sponsor.
• Maintain JLG as firm of choice, exceed expectations, and secure a recommendation for JLG.

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university, current architectural licensure and NCARB record, and a minimum of 10 years professional post-licensure experience
• Evidence of successful project management and leadership for projects with a $30M+ construction budget to achieve project goals, budgets, and schedules

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to gain client confidence, hold difficult conversations, and display confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Highly self-motivated problem-solver, with proven team leadership to mentor, empower, and grow staff
• Evidence of community stewardship with the ability to create brand awareness and build relationships to win work
• Clear understanding of architectural business and construction processes to budget, plan, and deliver throughout a project
• Advanced knowledge of building code, science, and JLG processes/standards
