We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Greece. This role plays a key role in supervising all aspects of facility management and construction supervision for our diverse real estate portfolio, including office buildings, industrial warehouses, and hotels. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing all maintenance-related activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Manage and oversee preventive maintenance contracts for various systems like HVAC, CCTV, pest control, backup systems, fire suppression, access control, and generators.
• Oversee construction and remodeling... projects, ensuring adherence to MEP specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits of electro-mechanical components to maintain optimal asset operation.
• Prepare annual preventive maintenance budgets for all properties, ensuring their upkeep in top condition.
• Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the cause of equipment failures and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
• Review technical specifications for HVAC and electrical systems, recommending improvements or modifications as needed.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve facility efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to hospitality technicians for efficient MEP system operation.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to MEP operations.
• Develop MEP guidelines and standards for our luxury boutique hotel brand.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in developing and managing maintenance programs and overseeing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent comprehension of technical specifications and standards pertaining to MEP systems.
• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Project management expertise to effectively manage MEP-related projects from start to finish
