• Technical support of the Salesforce application portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce) and corresponding interfaces

• Ensuring the availability of the application and 2nd-level support

• Analysis of business requirements and development of specifications for services and applications

• Recording and coordination of application changes in the respective boards and committees

• Planning and execution of release updates in coordination with the service owner

• Participation in projects in the service and application environment

• Creation of system documentation and test cases including planning and execution of training sessions


You have completed training as an IT specialist or have worked in a similar environment during your commercial basic training. Additionally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in the support of IT applications. Education in the IT field is advantageous. You know about handling... CRM, B2B, and ERP systems and are familiar with capturing requirements as well as creating concepts and specifications. Furthermore, you possess analytical and networked thinking skills and appreciate contact with various stakeholders. You are characterized by a goal-oriented and independent way of working. Very good German and English skills (B2 level) complete your profile
