The telco industry landscape in Canada is evolving and we are looking for the best-in-class... marketers with a winning , start-up and innovative mindset to help oxio pursue its fast growth and continue to be one of the most loved ISPs in Canada. We're looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights within our Marketing team. Someone that will be an enabler for our growth, able to fuel the marketing strategy with the brilliant customer insights and transform data into clear and actionable recommendations. Someone who is passionate and savvy about understanding a complex market and customers behavior, highly analytical, a natural data storyteller with a strategic mindset , someone who loves to dig into data and assemble complex pieces of puzzle- and foremost, that is customer obsessed as much as we do.

You’ll be joining a team of 7 marketers.

The job and what you’ll need to get it done.
• You’ll work along with the internal business intelligence team to build and report on our key performance indicators, assembling marketing data points into insightful stories and recommendations for oxio.
• You’ll help the team analyze key potential markets, in a very targeted way in order to cease the biggest growth opportunities for oxio in Canada.
• You’ll organize data /information in an effective way to provide clear and actionable insight and allow better / faster decision making.
• You’ll be responsible for gathering data to demonstrate marketing ROI (attribution, CAC, traffic, email open rates, conversion rate, CTR, referral, social media engagement, etc.) and identify key areas of improvements. You’ll support the marketing team to structure A/B testing analysis to improve current marketing activities.
• You’ll be our data expert & CRM representing the business needs: you’ll work and engage with external partners and data experts to prioritize oxio data roadmap development and customer data platform evolution.
• You’ll search for external data points seeking for market insights (market share, growing segments, etc.) to solidify our marketing strategy, looking for partners and latest digital data platform & tools insights.
• You’ll implement a voice of the customer tracking & will measure crucial touchpoints of the customer journey: working with external partners, you’ll develop and implement surveys to capture pain points at every key moment of the customer journey and monitor NPS / online reviews. You’ll identify key areas of improvement to ensure we stay the most loved ISP in Canada.
• You’ll constantly refine our analytics & segmentation of our target audience in order to leverage strong insights for growth (personas, etc.) .
• You’ll remain abreast of cutting edge developments in marketing and customers insights to enhance current practices.

️ Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or customer insights role
• A Bachelor’s degree marketing or relevant field
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into easily understood presentations and translate business needs into analytics requirements
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to identify key performance metrics
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce (a plus)
• Versatile and able to understand data and infrastructure needs to get better data and optimize CDP
• Understanding of Martech & digital insights tools
