The primary focus of an Enterprise Cloud Account Executive is to partner with and value-sell modern learning solutions to Oracle Cloud customers and prospects across our stack of Oracle solutions including (ERP,HCM,SCM,CX). You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new opportunities in an assigned geographic territory. Oracle University has an innovative set of Cloud learning solutions based on subscription, self-guided and in-application learning that is without comparison in the market today. The Oracle University Cloud platform provides a learning environment that matches the remote and flexible requirements of today’s modern workforce. With the flexibility to sell managed or un-managed guided learning services and solutions, you will be a key advisor in helping customers realize the maximum amount of value from their investment and journey to the Oracle Cloud.


· As an Enterprise Cloud Account Executive, you will sell OU Cloud products and services to... an assigned territory of customers that own Oracle software. You will work in collaboration with other sales teams to educate customers, serving in a consultative sales role advising on education services.

· You will work closely with subscription/license sales opportunities aligned to existing license teams ie. HCM,ERP,C/X to sell OU services in conjunction with peer Oracle license sellers.

· Develop account penetration strategies, qualify leads, generate sales and close business.

· Prospecting and direct contact through interactions (calls, e-mails, social media)

· Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate departments within Oracle

· Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance.

· Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of establishing, developing and maintaining positive business, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle University products and services.

· Accurately forecasting revenues on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

· Outstanding negotiation & selling skills

· Strong active listening towards fast and accurate customer needs identification

· Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

· Interpersonal skills, competitive driven to achieve the individual and the team’s objectives and targets

· Ability to take fast decisions and to seek intervention from his/her manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines.

· Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers.

· Ability to work independently.

· Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.

· Motivation, enthusiasm and dedication.
