Account Manager (m/f/d) Biotechnology

In collaboration with the European Service organization, the job holder is tasked with expanding the Biotechnology business and executing company strategies for both short-term and long-term success.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
Take on complete sales ownership for the Biotechnology product line in the German market and targeting universities and research facilities Meet and exceed established sales targets for capital equipment and consumables in the assigned territory Discover new opportunities through innovative account prospecting and rigorous account qualification processes Efficiently manage the sales territory through the implementation of an effective sales planning schedule Conduct a sufficient... number of product presentations and demonstrations to ensure sales targets are achieved Participate in relevant exhibitions Coordinate and manage an annual seminar program, overseeing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) speakers Support the General Manager in defining the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for revenue and expenses within this division Collaborate with the Technical Support team to identify and resolve after-sales performance issues, aligning with European Application Support functions

Ihr Profil:
Ideally holding a Bachelor's or Master's of Science degree in Biotechnology Demonstrable prior experience in sales of laboratory equipment within Cell Culture Markets, covering Upstream development to GMP Knowledge of product validation IQ/OQ would be highly desirable Sales experience in the field of Medical Technology or Biotechnology Good MS Office skills Salesforce knowledge beneficial Proficient in written and spoken English Persönliche Voraussetzung: Efficient and structured approach to work High degree of self-organization Flexibility, combined with an independent and success-oriented mindset Customer oriented thinking and approach Excellent communication skills
