We are looking to employ an all round Manager with at least 3 years experience in a Management position, must be familiar with counting stock and must have pilot experience.

The candidate must ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability, and quality goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.

Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experience

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Opening and closing of the restaurant

· Allocating staff duties
Ensuring all par levels for stock are maintained and controlled
· Oversee inventory and stock takings
· Manage the front of house and back of house staff
