Lead and manage the staff (Management and Team Members) of the restaurant in Bedfordview to achieve employee, financial, customer, profit, and sales targets and maintain restaurant operational excellence in accordance with Company policies and procedures. At least 5 years experience in the entertainment food/restaurant business. At least 3 year's managerial experience in the food/restaurant business.To supervise the day-to-day delivery of an outstanding guest experience at the Companys Entertainment Restaurant, while working alongside the Head Chef. Monitor and maintain service quality and venue standards (housekeeping, ambience, merchandising etc.)Contribute to revenue and profit targets. Resolve operational queries Resolve guest enquiries and complaints. Supervise the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Train and coach team members. Co-ordinate work schedules. Build and maintain relationships with guests and team members. Control stock levels and conduct stock counts and... related administrative duties including cash-ups Comply with business processes and operating procedures Work to constantly improve the Restaurants revenue. Strong customer relations skills very important. Must have front of house and general kitchen management experience. Will only consider well spoken and well groomed candidates. Applicants must be passionate about Restaurants. Candidates must be ambitious and hardworking. Grade 12 and Food/Beverage tertiary qualification. Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills Computer literate (Microsoft & POS) . Should be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and irregular hours
