This position is located at: Greater Greenville Mental Health Center

Provides case management, individual living skills group therapy and mental illness management services, group therapy assessment and crisis intervention services to seriously mentally ill clients. Provides overall program coordination, monitoring, outreach, and supervision for the Homeless Program at the Greenville Mental Health Center. Provides consultation and supervision to subordinate Rehabilitation and Support Services Program staff. Participates in treatment team meetings and assists in the formulation/development of client treatment planning and program development. Adheres to all Corporate Compliance, Outcome Evaluation, Research and Continuity of Care Policies and procedures. Maintains documentation of clinical services in accordance with State/Center/Quality Assurance standards.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

A master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field and professional experience in a mental health, human service or social service program.
