Job SummaryTo devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The candidate will be required to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the Organization.The goal is to enhance Team Member skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.Education & ExperienceEXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATE & EDUCATION• Bachelor s degree in a related field• Experience with instruction or training• Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles• Knowledge of instructional design• Knowledge of training methodologies• Knowledge of learning management systems• Knowledge of competency assessmentGeneral Requirements• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, and approach all encounters with all level of associates and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and Count On Me! service-oriented manner.•... Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by associates and guests.• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.• Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Management Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags.• Comply with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.• Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.• Perform other duties as requested by management.Fundamental Requirements• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations• Monitor and ensure all online training tools are utilized to the maximum• Ensure all mandatory trainings are completed• Deploy a wide variety of training methods• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions• Monitor and evaluate training program s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them• Manage training budget
