Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Sindos. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktop computers. They will also assist with help desk support duties.
Qualifications
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for desktop computers
• Experience in Information Technology and Help Desk Support
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and... maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience with network troubleshooting is a plus
• ERP,CRM systems support and small scale development
