Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, this role is within the Frozen and Chilled brand marketing team, sitting in the Ready Meals portfolio. In this role you will work on iconic global brands and local jewels, helping implement marketing activities to achieve ambitious growth strategies, and manage the day to day BAU activities.

This role is a part-time 4 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend!

Responsibilities:
• Assist with implementing annual advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans for assigned category portfolio.
• Assist with updating any artwork changes required for existing or new packaging designs, including... liaison with key stakeholders (internal and external).
• Assist where required on bringing to life any NPD opportunities identified in in the 3 year pipeline.
• Support the Senior Brand Manager with any BAU activities.
• Support management of monthly A&P spend.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales and Commercial Strategy.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
• Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision.

About you:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (desired but not required)
• Experience in marketing , marketing related or administrative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to desired outcomes.
• Solutions driven self starter who can navigate cross functional departments.
• Previous management of packaging design and development, consumer activations ie promotions and PR.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to completion within desired timeframes.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
• Brand management &/or administrative experience in FMCG or similar industries.
• Demonstrated A&P cost management and forecasting/budgeting experience.
