Responsibilities:
Analyzes and interprets sales and customer trends/patterns using internal and external data to identify
causes and opportunities leading to actual and desired results
Analyzes marketing and customer service data to drive improvements and increase revenue
Support and/or develop dashboards and reporting to streamline customer service initiatives
Perform regular material data audits between various systems to facilitate standardization and process
alignment
Work with the Digital Marketing Team to optimize performance of E-commerce and brand websites
Prepare, develop, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide insights on key
process performance
Actively participate in Salesforce testing, training, and integration
Additional customer insights related duties as requested

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Salesforce, SAP
