The key responsibilities of the position will include but will not be limited to: Supervise and train a QC team to carry out the quality process from input materials to output finished products according to BioMar's quality management system in Vietnam. Ensure that there are no complaints or returns due to failure to meet quality standards or requirements. Coordinate with Production Manager to solve all problems related to product quality, occupational safety and health in the factory. Coordinating with the control room to enter the formula, sign and confirm the final formula before conducting quantification for each product code Monitor, supervise, check irregularly the quantitative process of each type of material during the production process Conduct quality assessment on each production batch or periodically Knowledge of and ability to apply global aquaculture standards such as ISO, BAP, ASC Provide support to other departments on Quality assurance and compliance Successful... Candidate Skills and Experience Batchelor’s degree or similar in Food Science/Management Demonstrated understanding of GAP, BAP, ASC and other standards related to Quality within the aquaculture feed production industry with experience in passing successful audits Experience in the quality assurance aspects for production of shrimp feeds At least 1 year experience in all aspects of laboratory testing for aquaculture feed quality assurance and laboratory management Broad knowledge of aquaculture feed and associated raw material profile Powered by Partnership.
