We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for an on-site role based in Bulgaria.
The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and production output.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Spearhead and manage all facets of plant operations, encompassing production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing production efficiency, cost reduction, and overall plant performance enhancement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to attain production goals and address operational challenges.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Supervise inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize production delays.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead and... mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in plant management or an equivalent leadership role within a production environment.
• Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
