We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer – LSR to join our growing Singapore team based at our Loyang office.
Let's talk about the position:
The primary objective of this position is to introduce new products, equipment and processes into LSR production in compliance with ResMed quality management system requirements and to implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best in class operational measures of quality ... efficiency.
The role will see you supporting production by resolving technical issues as required, promoting a safe working environment by following OH&S guidelines along with being able to introduce and maintain production procedures.
You will be able to provide training on new equipment, processes and procedures when required along with complete process validation activities and documentation.
Being able to identify and implement GMP, Sig-Sigma LEAN improvement actions and to investigate, evaluate and select new processes, equipment and technologies for longer-term manufacturing requirements will play a large part of your role.
Let's talk about you:
You will have a mechanical aptitude with Tertiary qualifications in engineering or related discipline or mechanical trade with at least 5 years’ experience with designing and implementing automated LSR injection moulding processes.
Ideally, you will have experience with volume manufacturing, bringing new designs into production and experience with process validation within a regulated Quality System environment.
You will be required to have clear communication and documentation skills. Your team player attitude and willingness to learn with others to provide support will keep you focused on the task of providing high quality services.

The LSR Manufacturing Engineering team in Singapore introduces new or transferred LSR products into productions and supports ongoing production and continues improvement activities. The team ensures LSR products & processes constantly meet QMS requirements.
The team works closely with product focus team to ensure production demands are met in a given timeline.
