This respected black private equity investment firm is looking to hire a Private Equity Associate.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job & Company Description:
The firm’s main focus is to assist with positioning businesses to achieve a higher growth trajectory. In this role you will be responsible for initial deal screening and analysis; financial modelling and valuations, conducting due diligence, drafting of term sheets; writing investment reports and presenting to investment committees.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
• Chartered Accountant
• CFA / FMVA qualification beneficial
• Audit experience in the financial services space
• 2-3 Years’ experience in the investment banking or private equity space
• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
• Strong academics, background in team sport and leadership experience – non-negotiable, transcripts will be requested
