1.To provide first aid and medical assistance to students that require medical attention2.To write up and keep accidental or medical reports of students that are sent to the infirmary room.3.To keep the record of the students' height and weight per term.4.To keep the infirmary room clean and in proper working order.5.To accompany the student to the hospital, if necessary, in times of emergency.6.To take care of the sick student until the arrival of the parents or guardians.7.To continue monitoring the sick student in the infirmary room and provide medication as and when required and approved by the parents or school administrator only (Every type of oral medication can only be administered with the permission of the parents — No exceptions).8.To file accordingly and keep a proper record of all the students' health documents as per the requirement of the school and the rules and regulations of the Thai Ministry of Education or Thai Ministry of Health.9.To work with the School's Student... Affairs Department in informing the parents of the condition of the sick child.10.To accompany the students on trips and events as required by the school.11.To work with the school on preventive measures against infectious diseases.12.To assist in general and administrative work as required when the nurse is stationed off site or in school
