Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Data Center including but not limited to Mechanical & Electrical, Networking, Fire Safety Management, Access Card Control Management
• Monitor and optimize Data Center performance to enhance energy efficiency, reliability, and overall system effectiveness
• Lead Data Center-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company standards and goals
• Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulation
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment
• Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and requirements and ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met
• Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project... requirements and expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, drawings, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and supervising Building Management teams in a Data Center or critical facility environment
• In depth knowledge of Building Management Systems, control systems, and automation technologies
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• English Speaking, Mandarin is an advantage
