Job Role: Warehouse Manager (Operations)
Location: Blackburn
Salary: Up to £38,000 plus vehicle and fuel provided for travel to and from work
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday-Friday (8am to 5pm)
Summary
The warehouse operations manager will be responsible for a busy warehouse which encompasses storage, distribution, and fulfilment of customer orders. The manager must ensure the professional management and leadership of the operational team of delivery drivers and warehouse staff. The successful applicant must be able to communicate between senior managers, sales office staff and the rest of the business to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Manage warehouse operations including delivery van dispatch, goods inwards, supplier returns and customer returns.
