VMI Warehouse Assistant Mali 1The role as Warehouse assistant will be responsible to ensure that the stock availability on site as per the consumption and forecast agreement with close collaboration with customer team.The Position will report to the Marketing & Customer Solutions Lead1.0 Key Performance Indicators1.1 Stock disparities1.2 Time to deliver part requisitions.1.3 Correct stock disposal and addressing1.4 Weekly and Monthly Availability report.2.0 Duties and Responsibilities: Specific tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:2.1 Ensure consignment stock availability on site as per the Min/Max levels.2.2 Build a strong relationship with customer team and ensure stock items are planned as per the forecast.2.3 Manage / Monitor the end-to-end shipping process until the items are made available at the consignment stock level.2.4 Maintain clear data and records of the stocks issued to customer as well as inbound stock.2.5 Shar the consumption and stock... availability report to customer as well as internal team.2.6 Regular stock count of the items and achieve inventory accuracy of above 99% by inventory value for the system stock Vs physical stock.2.7 Report regular consumption and coordinate with internal supply chain team for timely replenishment of stock.2.8 Ensure excellent housekeeping in the warehouse and proper storage of items.2.9 Handling the goods and products inside the warehouse using the available handling equipment.2.10 Ensure the data is maintained in the ERP system as per Epiroc processes.2.11 Maintain good collaboration and support Epiroc site operations team as needed.2.12 Perform any other task deemed necessary by the hierarchy.3.0 Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirementsa) Attends monthly SHEQ meetings are conducted.b) Attends customer site SHEQ meetings.c) Ensures own safety and that of others.d) Ensures compliance to legal requirements.e) Prioritize safety in everything and adhere to the safety guidelines of site operations.f) Ensures customer requirements are satisfied or met.g) Ensures that environment issues are adhered to by avoiding pollution of air and water, and oil spillages / leakages.h) Ensures good housekeeping and safe working and standard operating procedures.Competencesa) Minimum certificate in Supply Chain Management or similar diplomab) Minimum two-years' experience in Warehouse operations.Ability to understand and interpret Epiroc Mali procurement and supply chain policies and procedures.c) Flexibility to hours of operations and desire to be part of the 24hrs Call schedule.d) Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.e) Ability to understand Epiroc Mali warehouse routine and control procedures.f) Must possess a cooperative, collaborative decision-making approach and assume responsibility for risk.g) Deep knowledge of warehouse management.h) Sober minded.i) Ability to work under pressure.j) Good Report Writingk) Computer literacy, including working skills of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP software knowledge is preferred.l) This role will be positioned at site and will be on rotation.m) Malian nationality will be preferred.n) Fluency French and English.• Ability to work under pressure.• Reactive and take initiatives• Able to work without supervision
