The Role:

Deloitte Operations is one of Deloitte’s fastest growing new offerings. The role is for a client executive with sales or account management experience who has worked with clients in Banking or Asset Management Operations, to join the team and help grow and manage the business.

Meanwhile our market leading Banking Operations Academy is training and deploying the next generation of Operations Professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Generate opportunities with new and existing clients. This means managing the sales pipeline and advancing early-stage opportunities to approvals and contracting
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Oversee existing client accounts or engagements and support the growth and running of these accounts
•... Help shape and grow the Deloitte Operations offering based on client and marked demand
• Continue client engagement post sales by developing strong relationships
• Manage pre- and post-deployment of engagements, working with key Deloitte stakeholders in Sourcing, Legal, Risk and Account Teams
• Make sure the right quality control, governance and support structure is place for new client demand.
• Keep key stakeholders informed on business priorities, obstacles, and opportunities.

Required Experience:
• Senior Manager / Manager experience within Investment Banking Operations
• Demonstrable experience generating revenue and managing client relationships with Banking or Asset Management clients on behalf of a Consulting firm, FinTech or other relevant organisations
• Excellent ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders internally & externally
• People management to help deliver against client requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to solve client problems by understanding, researching and communicating best approach
