Responsibilities:
• Manage overall warehouse operation (inbound, outbound, fulfillment, inventory management)
• Improve warehouse processes and activities to be more efficiency and ensure that all operations run smoothly
• Lead warehouse team and manage manpower including planning and scheduling employee's
• Cooperate with regional teams on monthly reporting and problem-solving,
• Implement and design warehouse system and cooperate with regional IT teams
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in assistant warehouse manager position with knowledge of full-loop warehouse management (Retail business experience is a plus)
• Leadership skills with 20-50 subordinates
• Good command in English
