About You:
This role would be perfect for anyone who is ambitious and wants to be part of growing, developing and leading the best team within the industry. It would suit anyone with direct or indirect registered manager experience, particularly two types of individuals:
• You are an experienced RM looking for a new challenge. You like the idea of playing a key role in shaping a dynamic and exciting work culture, and enabling your team to deliver outstanding care.
• You are a competent and experienced senior carer who has worked in a leadership role closely with a RM and is ready to take a leap in your career. You value learning and development, have NVQ Level 3 and are eager to work towards the QCF/NVQ Level 5.

Your Role Will Involve:
• Supervising and leading a team of carers
• Writing care plans and performing care assessments
• Marketing for new private service users to grow the business
• Ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission’s policies and procedures
• Completing service user records
• Developing and leading activities for service users
• Keeping families up to date about their relatives’ progress
• Training and mentoring new staff
• Attending team meetings with service managers
• Providing emergency cover
