The purpose of the home Maintenance worker position is to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, swimming pools, and kitchen equipment. You also help repair floors, roofs, and doors and install new products, such as windows, lighting fixtures, and furniture, at Maslina Resort.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ___________________________________________________________
• Every day, inspect the main corridors of the Hotel regarding the prevention of damage to the walls.
• Regularly inspect the rooms where the pool equipment is located, clean them and remove potential objects
• Test the quality of chemical levels and pH balance in swimming pool and other water systems and adjust accordingly
• Check and repair corrosion damage, cracks and leaks on pool walls or floors.
• Once in during a shift, clean the skimmers in the pools
• Clean pools and water sprinklers.
• Performs an inspection of the pool equipment and any observed deficiencies... and reports all irregularities in the operation of the pool equipment to the Pool Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Jakša Novak).
• Obliged to inform Shift Manager of pool equipment and execution of the works after completion
• Identify and report defects throughout the pool and spa area.
• Monitor fire alarm/life protection systems, be fully informed of system operation and resolve emergencies involving systems.
• Perform routine inspection, periodic inspection and extraordinary inspection of the facility.
• Performs routine maintenance of the entire property, including painting, repairing walls, sanding furniture, cleaning the pool, performing minor repairs and/or replacing furniture.
• Adheres to safety and performance standards.
• Report to the shift leader about the purchase of equipment for which he is obliged to inspect, check the condition of the same equipment in the warehouse, and after the season (after the closing of the Hotel in the winter period) he is obliged to submit in writing the condition of the equipment in the warehouse. This refers to: paints, varnishes, oils and building materials that are used in the maintenance of Maslina Resort.
• Places a barrier on the road in front of the Hotel.
• Regularly monitor and execute tasks allocated from Flexkeeping application.
• In the closed winter period, repair works related to the maintenance are carried out.
• Make sure that all barriers are installed at all pools in the resort.
