Job Description:
• Analyze and compile relevant data for investment activities in accordance with the assigned portfolios
• Liaise with fund managers
• Monitor, review, and assess the stock valuation invested by the bank
• Handle analytic reports regarding business investment with the assigned portfolios
Qualification:
• Master's degree in Finance, Investment, or relevant fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), investment banking, equity research, project finance or consulting
• Proven analytical capability and financial modeling skills
• Profound understanding in VC and PE investments including deal screening, evaluation, structuring, execution, monitoring and exit
• Ability to Comfortably interact with business clients and management.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
• Passing CFA exam for any level is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English Skill
