Job Description:
• Manage the assigned investment transactions to raise funds in capital markets on investment products including Debentures, Capital restructuring, Syndicated Loans, Merger and Acquisition and other financial products
• Evaluate, give advice and involve in the evaluation, origination, execution and placement investment products
• Provides financial analysis reports for investment transactions and road show presentations for corporate client companies
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or any related field
• Excellent personality and can do attitude
Required Skills:
• Excellent analysis skill and thorough knowledge in money market and financial analysis (modeling and projection), ability to conceptualize the combination of different corporations
• High communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and... Power Point
