Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rehabilitation House Manager. The Rehabilitation House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, managing necessary staff and volunteers, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for all. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse populations.
Qualifications
• Supervisory skills and experience managing staff and volunteers
• Excellent communication skills, with the... ability to work with both residents and other team members
• Experience in training and development
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and providing excellent care
• Cooking skills and experience in food service and safety
• A passion for working with individuals in need, and a dedication to promoting healing and growth
• Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• 3 years in sobriety
• 3 O’levels
