Position Summary

The Advisor, Lateral Partner and Graduate Recruitment will be responsible for advising on and managing key recruitment processes, special projects, and support the team in the successful delivery of recruitment services to different offices of the Firm. While primarily responsible for complex transactions and processes, the role is expected to drive forward global processes but understanding the need to navigate local variances in the recruitment process

Duties and Accountabilities 1

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties listed below. These requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and ability required for the position.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in understanding all aspects of the recruitment processes and other related services that are offered to the wider Recruitment team, and employees of the Firm.
• Manage transactions by triaging cases to ensure timeliness of the delivery of the services, keep an eye on aging cases to understand and to action the case.
• Handle complex transactional queries and serve as escalation point around recruitment processes that requires thorough research, coordinate with COEs and SMEs when necessary to provide sound recommendation to employees, and act as POC of their designated region should there be any business disruptions
• Provide LinkedIn utilization and insights on office usage. Recommend ways on increasing and/or balancing usage amongst the frequent office requestors.
• Validate employee referrals that are not submitted via the system. Advise the local recruitment contacts of proper procedure. Seek approval from Recruitment Stakeholders on referrals scenarios outside the system
• Analyze process intakes and service expansion and recommend effective distribution of resources to launch a successful service.
• Handle confidential (employee) World Check and background screening for candidates and employees of the Firm
• Handle global reporting such as, but not limited to, the weekly pipeline joiners, RAC requests
• Build reports and dashboards and conduct audits, and case analytics for trends and identify areas for improvement to existing processes.
• Serve as support in process training of new hires, upskilling of existing team members, and initiate process improvement aligned to global standards
• Build and develop relationships with HR Aligned Operations and Recruitment contacts of different offices, identifying process improvements and efficiencies where necessary
• Represent the team on process improvement meetings and actively participate in stakeholder meetings for various Recruitment projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the team's mailboxes and the Case Management Tool, assist HROD Recruitment Manager in triaging and assigning simple to complex cases to team members based on their skillset and experience
• Keep track of Work Instructions updates, ensuring each are reviewed by the process owners on a quarterly basis
