Your role in the team:You are:
Ultimately responsible for Health & Safety internally and externally
Developing necessary processes for safety awareness at locations
Inspecting work environments, creating work instructions, and ensuring compliance
Collaborating with project teams, customers, and... headquarters in Germany
Providing training, guidance, and coordination in case of accidents
Liaising with authorities and inspection agencies
Part of the management team Benelux
Who we are looking for:
Holds a degree in Higher Safety Science or similar
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a production environment
Experience with electrical installations (NEN 3140) and/or working at heights
Analytical, environmentally aware, and pragmatic
Strong planning and problem-solving skills
Experience in change and culture management
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Knowledge of German is a plus
Willingness to travel (mainly within the Netherlands)
Valid driver's license
