The successful candidate will be responsible for driving climbing income targets and financial KPI’s, driving operational excellence and supporting the development of climbing and the team.
We need a Climbing Manager who will…
Manage the day-to-day operations of the climbing ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved
Be responsible for the review, development and delivery of the business strategy and objectives in climbing and effective stakeholder management
Be both a role model for the climbing team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
Understand industry trends and analyse data to identify... opportunities for business growth; identify trends and gaps in the climbing centre usage and implement action; provide management information about climbing activities in the centre
Ensure the route setting programme is a leading edge standard, delivered by the climbing operations team
