On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Cost Engineer at Rail Baltica to reach new heights of success with the company!

Your main responsibilities will be to analyze monthly cost, trend and progress data and estimate updates, use this information to update project forecast; Develop standard unit rates for comparison of cost for use in new contracts and variations; Develop and provide appropriate detail cost reports to enable effective management of the specific project for presentation to Beneficiaries; Manage Cost and Commitment report.
You are the star we are looking for, if you have:
• A minimum of a Bachelor of Science diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or equivalent
• More than 3 years working with cost control processes for the infrastructure or construction... industry
• An awareness of Project Controls general technical skills, engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning work processes
• Excellent MS Excel skills
