• *About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Writer to join us in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia location. You will be working alongside a dynamic, international team who are fully responsible for end-to-end delivery - from customer engagement to operations.

- Plan, deliver, monitor, and maintain tailored assets with awareness of the Customer Journey and Knowledge progression.
- Ensure that deliverables and delivery channels are in sync with the Documentation Framework and Asset Library.
- Engage with your partner to drive for customer feedback on deliverables. Be aware of the delivery channels and personnel that are involved in... customer-facing communications. Drive for regular involvement with those channels and peers.
- Act with awareness of your peers' deliverables and best practices (tools, processes, partner cooperation).
- Provide governance security by working in a transparent and auditable fashion.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of UI strings and error messages. Ensure that the terminology in your deliverables is in sync with the product UI.
- Write information about a product or service to suit the needs and tasks of a specific user.
- Organize the information in a way to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
- Publish the information in a format suited for the information (for example, HTML, PDF, and online help).
• *What will make you successful?**
- Possess a degree in English, Technical Communications, or a computing-related discipline.
- Team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn about technology products and services.
- Willing to collaborate in an Agile development environment.
- Able to work to deadlines, and to follow best practices.
- Work quickly and accurately within strict time constraints.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
- Ability to chunk and organize information for an audience type.
- Experience with the following tools and operating systems is desirable: Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Linux, UNIX, Adobe Acrobat, and Acrolinx.
- Familiarity with Alfresco/Componize or another component content management system (CCMS) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Editor, other XML or HTML editors, and DITA is a bonus.
