Behaviour Mentor - Shape Futures in Bromley Secondary Schools!
Location: Bromley
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP, February 2024
Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Bromley secondary schools. Responsibilities As a Behaviour Mentor
• Utilize your skills as a Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing and improving their behavior.
• Work closely with individuals and small groups to address specific needs.
• Implement strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop effective behavior management plans.
• Inspire students to... overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Requirements as a Behaviour Mentor:
• Previous experience or qualification as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to behavior management.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service.
Joining our team as a Behaviour Mentor offers a competitive daily rate of £85 - £100, providing an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. This position is full-time, with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
