Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidates primary job function will be administration and reporting for: On-line Reputation Management for all social media channels which include but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter and On-line Chat Service Surveys Real time support for website queries Providing front-end support to Member Services in resolving member queries in compliance with agreed service delivery standards.
Matric Working knowledge of THC and the leisure industry (will be an advantage) Flexible working hours and overtime if and when required Previous call centre experience ... Working knowledge of social media channels Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Afrikaans Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner Above average computer literacy Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
