Daily working with overseas agents on sales activities, quoting for spot rates/ RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for business. Daily monitor and follow up with Customer Service team to make sure Customers SOPs are strictly complied and reach KPIs. Daily report to Supervisor Direct reporting to Flexport Account Manager
PERFORMANCE GP budget Build and develop relationship with companys customers in VN, KH, MM Monitor Airfreight, Sea freight and CFS procurement REV budget Build and develop relationship with Companys customers in VN, KH, MM Monitor Airfreight, Sea freight and CFS procurement Follow and achieve KPIs (Air & Sea): Air: Air Transit time; Documents uploaded; KPI-Adding Schedules; KPI-Origin Events Sea: Documents timeline; FCL booking; Origin Events; compliance Warehouse... gate-in/out; turnaround time

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Follow and increase % Shipper submit bookings in App (follow by Company QBR review; exclude exception cases) Control the number detractor comments from Shipper (follow by Company QBR review) Increase % positive feedback from shipper. Control the number of escalation in a month / shipment in a month (Total shipment in a month (departure month) Always in a state of readiness for working and keeping the polite attitude with customers. Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way. No delay on problem solving: Corporate with relevant departments to find solutions for problems of the customer in the best way possible; Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet custom Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments: Keep the good service quality currently client is using; Keep good relationship; Check the client's need and supporting. Good communication and building relationship
OPERATION EXCELLENCE Increase working efficiency Follow up with AR/CS team and support deal payment with Shipper/agent. Decrease the number of mistake of operation: Monitor procurement; follow KPI- Operation process strictly; Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service. Follow Operations activities such as customer complaint, delivery status.
