Well, we are embarking on a new adventure with a global brand relaunch in 2021 and a new perspective of how we engage with our consumers with an added focus on everything digital.
We are exploring innovation ways in digital that can make a positive contribution in our brand growth plans. You will be instrumental in refining and aiding the digital strategy for the worlds #1 male grooming brand helping guys everywhere look, smell, and feel their most attractive.
The Global Digital Assistant Brand Manager will support the AXE Global Masterbrand team to define and execute the Search, Data and PRM strategies and execution on eCommerce & brand owned platforms. The key workstreams part of the responsibilities include:
Search Lead the Global Holistic Search Strategy development and update based on changing business requirements Cascade the strategy to markets to uniformly engage with shopper and audience on eCommerce & Brand.com Lead support for local brand and digital teams to ensure Search tactics drive meaningful business results Oversee the implementation and execution of Search Strategy in-line with business priorities in the markets with best practices and guidelines Help the brand eco-system train and upskill markets to ensure brand is ranking on page 1 for key search terms on & off retailer search Work closely with Global Media and Mindshare teams to unlock potential with PPC led activations and brands key campaign PPC activation plans Create a visionary roadmap for eCommerce Search with Shopper & Retailer Insights and execute across our online retailers and pure-player partners globally Help unlock growth with key customers in the market like Amazon etc. & deliver on retail and off retail SEO
PRM & Data Partner with global Unilever PRM teams and be the brand advocate as a pioneer within category on new initiatives and making sure the brand objectives are achieved Create and manage the Axe Global Data Strategy, working with markets to capture 1st party data and using it in a meaningful way to connect with audience Develop the PRM strategy and define what this can look like for Gen Z and the household shopper Collaborate with key markets to develop PRM & Data activation plans to drive the agenda and execution

Requirements Strong experience in digital and good grasp on latest technologies and digital innovation Extensive knowledge across Search paid search, organic search & ecommerce search, strategy building and activation across digital eco-system Knowledge of running a digital marketing campaign and standard campaign reporting tactics and how segmentation is applied in practice within data driven marketing environments Understanding of eCommerce ecosystem across eRetailers and Pure-players Market interaction experience to work effectively with markets and understand market reality for piloting and landing key global projects Strength in building relationships and working virtually with different teams and cultures An entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for growth and a strong bias for action An eagerness to learn Needs to be able to go beyond Unilever processes/WoW Analytical, accountable, reliable & passionate Axe and/or BPC experience is a plus Global marketing experience is a plus
