The primary responsibility will be to ensure that Allflex Livestock Intelligence solutions are valued as a desired.
This position will be integral in executing a successful word-of-mouth marketing techniques to maximize leads, influencer understanding and help ensure leads are converted to new business by our team and distributors.
The candidate should possess strong organization and coordination skills to manage not only his/her duties but work closely with a diverse sales rep, distributors and partnerships.
The position will support action plans and visits on the field, focusing on the range of products. Part of the focus in the identification side and part of the time caring and developing the milking and monitoring
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Brand building and sales support Help ensure the Allflex Livestock Intelligence brand gains value and is looked at as the Best in Class in the cow... intelligence/monitoring y systems, and a leader in ID solutions. Assist in engaging team and distribution channels in consistent and powerful livestock intelligence messaging and tectical plan. Spearhead a campaign to engage more influencers (nutritionists, veterinarians, other consultants) and to work with preparation of Webinars or meetings with their staff
Selling Support Organize and keep current all written sales material for use in the field Work with sales to collect and write testimonials and case studies Work with our regional team and/or agency on development, updating or executing advertising as part of a total marketing and communication plan. Lead team to develop and implement customer experience activities. (training etc) Knowledgeable about local government regulations related to the use of identification solution on a mandatory basis. Use CRM to capture all contact information and prospect, influencer and customer information.
Minimum Requirements Five years livestock techical sales experience. Agronomic, Veterinary or animal science degree Dairy farm production experience. (reproduction/health/production/ KPIs) Good beef market view Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self- starter Spanish and English language Leadership and synergy
