We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with our C-Suite. This is a rare opportunity in which you will gain insight into the technology industry and learn about the inner workings of the Google partner ecosystem. The Executive Assistant will be the main point of contact for our COO, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. They will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Primary duties include the following: Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the C-Suite including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the C-Suite and internal departments; demonstrate... leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manage a variety of special projects for the team, some of which may have organizational impact Reconcile invoices, tracking budgets and completing expense reports

Required Travel - 10% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, travel has been temporarily restricted.
Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all onboarding will be temporarily conducted remotely.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years as executive-level support to C-Suite, CEO or President Strong Technical Skills (Google Workspace, other programs such as Visio, social media, Chrome Books/Mac) Ability to work with minimal supervision sound judgment and decision-making ability Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong editing and proofreading skills Calendar management experience: Internal & external meetings Experience with online travel tools, and time and expense reporting processes
Useful Qualifications: NetSuite experience is a plus
