Personal Assistant Los Angeles
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our part of our business and family. Someone to help in organizing, scheduling, errand running and to act as a family manager.
Responsibilities:
Calendaring and communicating work, home, and personal events
Overseeing and managing home and school finances
Ensure that monthly bills, insurance premiums, school fees, and any other invoices are paid on time
Have an understanding of financial matters including credit cards, loans.
Create and file work expense reports
Travel (booking, modifying, trip-planning, etc.)
Booking and meeting with vendors for the home
Day to day errands / other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
Experience working with creative, out-of-the-box thinkers
Minimum of 1 year of professional service or caregiver experience
Must know how to navigate it, and how to get things done in the City!
Flexible and able to stay connected with on the phone and email
Get things done quickly, and naturally operate with a sense of... urgency
Believe that no task is too big or too small!
