HR/Office Coordinator Irvine
This position will start as a temporary full-time role with potential for conversion to a regular employee in the future. Primary responsibilities include office management, reception coverage, and administrative assistance to the People Team.
Job Duties:
People Team Administrative Support
Review resumes for open positions and provide recruiting support including scheduling interviews, completing requisitions and people change forms, drafting offer letters, and managing new hire paperwork and contingencies.
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes including updating and reviewing information in HRIS (ADP)
Assist as needed with payroll processes
Draft communications for department including weekly Tuesday Newsday letters.
Manage online postings through Company intranet for People Team communication.
Provide other project and administrative support to the People team
Office Management/Reception
Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
Open and... distribute mail
Monitor and manage office vendors and supplies
Oversee office appearance
Interface with Property Management
Maintain directories, organization charts, and other documents on company intranet
Managerial Responsibility

Position Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree Preferred
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Experience
2-5 years office-based work experience
Previous office management and/or Human Resources experience a plus
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong work ethic with ability to be self-sufficient
Trustworthy and able to use discretion with access to confidential information
Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail
