Office Administrator (Temp to Hire) Anaheim Job Description RealREPP, a full-service commercial real estate recruiting firm is currently teaming with a growing, dynamic and team oriented commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring an Office Administrator! This diverse position will support in the day-to-day operational support of the corporate headquarters, located in Los Angeles. This person will also assist the Human Resources team and will act as a back-up to the Receptionist!
This Office Administrator will be a part of a friendly and team oriented group of talented professionals. This position is an IMMEDIATE need for the company and ideally they would like someone to start ASAP and join on a temporary to hire basis. They are also open to considering someone on a direct hire basis (as needed). Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid California Drivers License 2+ years working in a corporate office environment Bachelor's Degree Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong attention for detail Able to focus on work assignments under pressure and stick to deadlines Quick to pick up new things, whether simple or difficult Able to multi-task Able to answer and route multiple incoming telephone calls simultaneously in a professional, fluent and positive manner Strong ability and confidence to work with numbers - i.e., accuracy with telephone numbers, accurately type numbers in interoffice memoranda, letters and email Able to perform data entry and edit computer Able to type approximately 30 words per minute. Comfortable with composing letters or faxes to confirm changes to services and orders placed and/or as directed Able to work independently as well as in a team Able to be resourceful for gathering information and accomplishing tasks while involving a minimal number of persons Ability to use discretion when working with materials and information of a sensitive or non-public nature Effectively communicate matters of importance to supervisor Maintain proper record keeping on applicable tasks/requestsThis positions offers a great hourly rate + bonus, 401K with a 5% match, 15 days vacation, 10 sick days, a floating holiday and SUMMER hours! This role will require flexibility to come into the office 2 or 3 days a week (during Covid) and then once they return full time, it will be 5 days in the office.
