We are looking forward to a ME Supervisor (Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor) in Eatons industrial business (Golf Pride Division), based in Tainan, Taiwan. The ME supervisor is responsible to lead process engineering related task. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Program, and Manufacturing to support and execute Pilot Run, PPAP qualification, Start of Production (SOP), sustaining production, processes development, runtime and production efficiency improvement, troubleshooting, solving technical challenges. Support tooling/machine development, and cost reduction. Supports One Golf Pride manufacturing standards globally. Introduce industry 4.0 concept. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead the team to efficient transition from pilot run qualification to PPAP to SOP within specified time frame and target cost through Pro Launch. Lead the team to come up solutions for productivity and yield rate improvement. Manage the documentation update as required and establish consistent reliable change management procedures to ensure documentation is updated at all times. Structure and lead the process engineering team day-to-day management of simultaneous projects, delivering engineering solutions to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Implant continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency of new and current product lines. Support product quality reviews(scrap rate). Schedule and technical performance on selected engineering development projects. Identifies needs for corrective action plans for under-performing projects and provides oversight of corrective action plans. Team up with RD/MFG/QC/FE/SCM to support new process development for business growth(DTC-Direct To Consumer project).
Majored in Engineering 5 years process engineering experience 5-8 years management experience Rubber chemistry and processing knowledge or experience Experience with process improvement or lean activities
